Exchange / Credit
If you have simply changed your mind, you may exchange your purchases within 2 weeks of purchase or delivery date for any other item in the store subject to the following conditions:
- An original or a copy of the receipt or delivery docket must be presented;
- The item must be returned /presented to the store in original and sale-able condition being unused, unwashed and unaltered;
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with its original tags, any instruction manuals and/or information booklets and accessories;
- All transportation of exchange items are to be at buyer’s own cost;
- The exchange must be within 14 days of purchase or receipt (if delivered); and
- There is no be no exchange of discounted, clearance and bargain items;
If any damage is found on the product or if any of the above conditions are not met, the store reserves all rights to refuse an exchange.
Strictly no cash refunds
Should you be unable to find an item to exchange your purchase with, we will be happy to provide you with a store credit, which will be valid for 3 months from issue, to make a purchase at another time.
There will be no cash refunds, no exceptions.
Defective / Faulty Items
If an item is assessed by the store to be a manufacturer’s fault or defect, we may repair or replace the item with the same product at no cost to the buyer and with free re-delivery.
Defects/faults do not include:
- Surface scratches, dents, chips, marks or accidental breakages;
- Damage as a result of incorrect assembly of self-assembly products;
- Normal wear and tear or misuse; or
- Damage incurred during handling and transportation of the product by the customer or their contractor.
